Do you offer a warranty?

All products are brand new from the factory and come with the factory warranty. The delivery is insured against damages or defects but must be found at time of delivery. All damaged items are to be refused and redelivery will come at no additional charge. Addditional 3rd party warranties of 5-10 years may be purchased. Contact a customer service representative for more details.

When will my items be shipped?

Most orders ship between 3 and 8 weeks depending on what part of the country delivery is going to. Some orders may have an item that is backordered and delays delivery, in which case an email notification will be sent. Most orders can be tracked for a tentative delivery timeframe after 10 days of being processed. To track your order send an email request and a customer service representative will contact you.

What is your white glove delivery?

All orders shipped by Knight Furniture Showrooms includes White Glove Service unless otherwise agreed upon. White Glove service includes the furniture being fully assembled, setup in your home and insured against damages. Once your order has been released to a delivery service that service will schedule with you before attempting delivery.

How are the items delivered?

Most items are shipped by a Home Delivery service. This method is not the fastest but is the safest due to the skilled handling of your furniture by moving professionals. Some smaller items may be sent to you by UPS or Fed Ex Ground if mutually agreed upon.

What If my order arrives damaged?

All shipments are insured against damages but these damages must be identified at time of delivery. If an items arrives damaged refuse it and redelivery will come at no additional charge.

Could there by delays in my delivery, if so, what are the reasons?

Some orders may become delayed due to backorded items or delivery going to isolated areas. Any orders experiencing a delay will be identified and an email notification sent with explanation and an estimated time of delivery.

What is the expected delivery time frame?

Most deliveries arrive 3 to 8 weeks after being ordered although a more precise timeframe is usually identified within 10 days of the order being processed.

Will my item look exactly like the picture?

Most items are delivered in the same finish or fabric as pictured unless the customer specifies something different on a custom order . Some pictures may show accessories that are not included. Any item in question may be confirmed by contacting a customer service representative. Please understand that photos do not completely represent the color of a fabric or finish and some difference should be expected.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal for online transactions. We also accept Certified Checks, Money Orders, and offer 6 months same as cash financing. To use any of the later payment options your order will need to be entered manually. Please contact one of our friendly customer service representatives to place your order.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

You will receive an Order Confirmation after placing your order. Please review it for any errors immediately after the order goes through. Most orders cannot be changed after 24 hours.

Do you offer discounts?

Some volume discounts may be available. Send an email to our customer service center to see if you qualify.

 


When am I charged for my order?

 

The full amount is Authorized at time of order but not fully charged until the order arrives at the delivery service. You may also opt to place a 30% deposit and pay the balance COD or with No Interest financing. To take advantage of this please contact a sales representative to take your order.
